The creator of the Kissy Kissy label, Tatiana and Company, was founded in 1995 in Chatham, NJ. What began as a small boutique quickly grew when the store launched a layette brand made from Peruvian Pima cotton. These extremely soft baby clothes began to be manufactured under the name Kissy Kissy. Featuring traditional layettes with whimsical patterns and prints, the Kissy Kissy line expanded as it was sold through upscale boutiques. Tatiana and Company began to produce other labels as well, including Kissy Kissy Premier, Besos by Kissy, and QT-QT by Kissy Kissy. The manufacturer has won several Earnie Awards for Design Excellence, and it was given the Reader's Favorite Award by Baby & Children's Product News in 2011 for Best Layette.
