The undercover agent Chance Mackenzie, one of Howard's most popular heroes, is on the trail of a terrorist. In order to track down her father, he gets involved with the man's daughter, Sunny Miller. What Chance soon discovers, though, is that Sunny's life is in danger--and so is his heart.
