As Swap.com has grown (and we’ve grown a lot!), we’ve been investing heavily to continue delivering great value to our Buyer and Seller community. However, the growth over the past few months has come so rapidly that we simply weren’t prepared for the overwhelming support and use of our service from our Seller Community, and this has resulted in significant delays in processing your Inbound Boxes.

We’d like to take a moment and explain what led up to this, why it happened and what we’re doing to resolve the frustration we’re experiencing together.

It’s that time again, time to fan-girl the next brand of the month, and it’s an iconic one.  I was wracking my brain this morning trying to figure out who to gush over, and I just happened to look at my ‘promotions’ inbox, it should just be labeled coupons you tell yourself you’ll use but never do it; anyhoo, it was Tommy Hilfiger!!  I couldn’t think of anyone better to write about today.  It’s cool and crisp in Chicago, and I think of a great go-to sweater tucked in my closet, it has the red and blue label that I grew up wearing.  It’s perfect every time.
