Our Inbound Processing Queue – An Update
As Swap.com has grown (and we’ve grown a lot!), we’ve been investing heavily to continue delivering great value to our Buyer and Seller community. However, the growth over the past few months has come so rapidly that we simply weren’t prepared for the overwhelming support and use of our service from our Seller Community, and this has resulted in significant delays in processing your Inbound Boxes.
We’d like to take a moment and explain what led up to this, why it happened and what we’re doing to resolve the frustration we’re experiencing together.
